Refunds and Returns Policy

​We want you to be obsessed with your purchase, if there is a problem let us know! We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any unused items (with tags attached) within 30 days of purchase.

Please mail items to the below address with a note that includes; the order number, your shipping address and your request for either a refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

 

Shipping costs are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed.

 

Product defects are rare but it does happen. Please send an email to firesigncollective@gmail.com including photos so we can review the defect. We will set up a new shipment for you to replace the item completely free of cost.
